Mott's Clamato caesar school
Mott's will be presenting their Mott's Clamato Caesar School and tastings in an adjoining pavilion near the Grapes & Hops Presentation Stage and Wine, Beer & Spirits Tasting Pavilion. Join the Dean of Mott's Clamato Caesar School and Len Fragomeni for expert tips and delicious recipes centered around this truly Canadian masterpiece. Throughout the 45-minute session you will gain key insight into cocktail preparation from classic to exotic variations. The class offers an intimate group of 28 students the opportunity to get behind the bar and learn, hands-on, the latest techniques for preparing this classic cocktail, including its history, glassware, ingredients, unique garnishes and how to select the most suitable spirits. Each student will enjoy four variations of the Mott’s Clamato Caesar and fabulous hors d’oeuvres plus take home a recipe manual and Mott’s Clamato bartending kit. A total value of over $60!
