Franck Berthelon
Franck Berthelon is the Chef De cuisine at Le Crocodile for the past 10 years. He graduated with a bachelor degree in classic French culinary art, then extended his knowledge in France, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, Australia dn then came to Canada. His work places incloude Michelin stars restaurants such as Auberge dupereBise, Chavant, and had the pleasure to assist chef Alain Fabregnes at the Loose Box, who later became his mentor. Franck has been the loyal right hand of Michel jacob for few years now, and followed the same ideaology of maintaining the highest level of consistency in cooking day after day.
