Kazunori Sato

Kazunori Sato is a son of the 8th generation Yaemon Sato, the owner of Yamatogawa Sake Brewery. After the completion of his education in Zymology at Tokyo University of Agriculture, he studied the art of sake making under the direction of previous brew master Itatsu Abe. He has been the chief brew master for Yamatogawa Sake Brewery for the past 10 years. His sake has been awarded numerous Gold Awards by the All Japan Sake Appraisal, the most prestigious sake appraisal in Japan. The brewery has been producing fine sake for over 200 years.
