Ken Watai is a long time international commodity trader and marketing consultant, with business and engineering degrees. He has been actively helping Jizake Japan (Japan Jizake Cooperative of Tokyo) to develop the sake market for the past 10 years. He covers North America as a representative for Jizake Japan. Jizake Japan is a consortium of 40 Japanese sake breweries. Yamatogawa Brewery is a major member of Jizake Japan.
