Naz moved his abilities from the restaurant scene in the late 90s to focussing on educating consumers about food and the wonderful meals they can easily create on their barbecue. His passion for grilling demonstrates his knowledge and enthusiasm by providing outdoor chefs —whether novice or seasoned grillers—with helpful maintenance tips and applications of the grill. Naz has a skilful way of simplifying the whole grilling process by getting the consumer to understand their grill and realize that it is all about control and technique, and that makes him deserving of the title “Grilling Expert”.  He is currently involved with many promotional events and grilling demonstrations where he continues to promote WEBER grills, one of his favourite brands of barbecues.

Naz has become a regular guest on many top radio stations throughout Canada including Toronto stations AM-640, CFRB,  MIX 99.9, AM-740, 97.3 EZ ROCK and 680 NEWS, as well as CFAX  Victoria, The Bear Ottawa, CFUN Vancouver, and AM-930  London, to name a few.  Television appearances have included interviews and grilling demonstrations on Breakfast Television (Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver), CH Morning Live (Global Television), the A-Channel, Rogers Day-Time Live, Cucina Etc. on OMNI TV, CTV’s Canada AM, Shaw TV in Vancouver, and regular weekly appearances on CHIN TV, a Sunday afternoon program aired on City TV in Toronto and the GTA.   He also generously donates his time by participating in numerous charities and fund-raising events.

Need we say more about bringing excitement to the Outdoor Room of Entertaining other than the way Naz says it.....“Keep On Grillin’!”
