Christine began her culinary experience in Edmonton. With a thirst to learn more she moved to Belgium and spent time working and staging in restaurants, including De Superette, In de Wulf, La Buvette & Relae in Copenhagen. Christine spent a couple years learning butchery at ACME Meat Market, as well as stint at Dario Cecchinis butcher shop in Chianti. Christine’s focus always been on the simplicity of quality seasonal ingredients, fermentation and a love for all things sourdough.
Currently the head chef of Biera restaurant in Edmonton, Christine focuses on unique dishes, many cooked over the charcoal grill, all pairing with the restaurants In house Micro Brewery, Blind Enthusiasm.
