Attend this classic all-American event and step right into 50s pop culture. The Soda Shoppe Diner provided a home away from home for many North Americans. Often open 24 hours a day, it was a place to socialize, eat when working a late shift, or gab with your friends.
Trevor Kallies and Sarah Stewart will be joined by Lot 40 Canadian Rye Whisky ambassador Keith Trusler as they serve up an iconic multi-course dinner, featuring a variety of dishes that will showcase the best of comfort food from the 30s, 40s and 50s.
Each course will accompany a beverage with a twist that highlights the Soda Shoppe Diner era with discussion on how the way we drink was affected by American Prohibition and the Role the Soda Shoppe and Roadside diner created a new era in food and drink.
