
Coming from rural Ontario and attending OCAD in Toronto, Sarah has cooked across Canada in eco lodges, rustic camps, mountain escapes and bustling city-centers. A cornerstone to any food program she is involved in, is a support for local food systems, relationships with purveyors and volunteering with community-based organizations through education. Sarah can be found trying to build positive and supportive kitchen cultures and educate new cooks on the beauty of simple and well-prepared food. Sarah is working as a Development & Training Chef at the Donnelly Group, working developing both people and tasty food!
