Wildebeest hosts Toronto’s Carl Heinrich of Richmond Station and Paula Navarrete of Kojin
Chef McHale of Wildebeest hosts two of Toronto’s leading chefs in curating exceptional farm to table dining experiences. Heinrich, of the wildly successful Richmond Station, is celebrated for his fresh and sensational take on fine dining. Navarrete, of Kojin, grew up surrounded by the grill in her native Columbia, which has translated to a passion for using local meat and produce. This evening will be a coming together of the top East and West chefs for a one-night culinary offering.
